NATALIE KERWIN

A designer based in Philadelphia.

I’m Natalie Kerwin—a designer and artist obsessed with how visuals make people feel and how smart marketing brings those visuals to life. I work across branding, digital design, and imagery, driven by the challenge of blending creativity with strategy to shape stories that don’t just look good—they connect and resonate.

My Process

Step 1 - Learn

Every project begins with a conversation. I take time to fully understand my client’s needs, goals, and vision by asking thoughtful questions and encouraging open dialogue. From there, I define a clear design prompt that serves as the foundation for the project. Research follows, ensuring that every decision is informed, purposeful, and aligned with the client’s objectives.

Step 2 - Visualize

With the foundation set, I begin exploring creative directions. I collect inspiration through moodboards, slideshows, or collages to visualize potential solutions. From there, I sketch initial ideas—often by hand—before refining them into well-structured concepts that bring the project’s vision to life.

Step 3 - Design

I develop multiple variations of each concept rather than delivering a single option, giving clients the opportunity to explore different directions. If needed, I revisit earlier steps to refine ideas and strengthen the design. This iterative process continues until we reach a final product that both my client and I are confident in and proud of.
